One of the illegal alien suspects accused of raping and sodomizing a 14-year-old freshman at Rockville High School “is being used as an unjust scapegoat by the opponents of recent immigration practices,” his defense attorney said Wednesday.
“Based on everything we know, we think he’s innocent. This appears to have been a consensual encounter,” attorney Andrew Jezic told the Washington Post.
Jezic has been retained by the family of 18-year-old illegal alien suspect Henry E. Sanchez. Sanchez Milian and Jose Montano, 17, allegedly raped the victim orally, vaginally, and anally, sometimes simultaneously, in a bathroom stall on March 16 as she cried out in pain and begged them to stop, according to a police interview with the victim. After the victim reported the alleged rape to school staff, a forensic specialist found blood and bodily fluids in the boys’ bathroom.

The police had gotten wind of what crap; he had been spreading around and had a refutation at the ready...contradicting ALL of the LIES about what had happened, the PHYSICAL PROOF of what had happened, etc.!
Well, I rewatched...You are correct, he was not unaccompanied minor which I must have heard/read in earlier erroneous reports. Interesting that the rapist was caught at the border but was released to DHS and then relatives...Unbelievable :(
Interesting because basically program has it is stated that the family retained the lawyer, but did not necessarily pay... or at least Tucker seemed to draw distinction—and that was what I was focusing on.

So depending on which part of tape focused on, one could come to conclusion that father paid which is what you did, or maybe someone else paid...I focused on the “someone else” inference. You were obviously paying closer attention, but it would have been nice if the scumbag lawyer had been forthright!

Interesting, I believe I had to provide all sorts of documentation when my children started school...Birth certificates, health records/vaccination documents, etc. Wonder if this requirement is now waived for some?!?!

Yes, one used to have to bring birth certs, vaccine papers, etc. when registering a child to attend school. I guess that now, if you are a supposed UNACCOMPANIED "CHILD" ILLEGAL POS, you don't have to show/prove ANYTHING! :-(
Yes, I saw the photo and the post, saying that the 18 year old is really MUCH older. I wouldn't be surprised, if this turns out to be true.

Like most states, there are some situations in Maryland where people under the age of consent may legally have sex, as long as there is only a small age difference between them. In Maryland, persons aged between 14 and 16 may consent to sex as long as the other partner is not more than 4 years older.
That's how the law in Maryland is written. However, this dirtbag illegal has no birth certificate. In fact, he has no documentation at all (and in Maryland, they're not allowed to ask "immigrants" for documentation)! For all we know, he could be 21! I hope the family of the girl has a good lawyer and can fight this Casa de Maryland-funded slip-and-fall lawyer. If they can prove that this illegal's older than 18, he's toast.
Shyster lawyer says father “hired” him, that’s a legal statement of responsibility which does not imply anything about the ultimate origin of the funds. I seriously doubt that this father has the funds for this case from his own personal resources.
