Store brand mayo here tastes just fine and is a dollar cheaper than Hellmann’s.

Make your own mayo for less than half the cost of Hellmann’s:
1 egg yolk
1 T vinegar
1 t lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1 squirt of mustard
wee bit of sugar
1 C veg oil

SLOWLY dribble the oil into the other ingredients. Whisk, dribble, whisk, dribble, whisk until it turns into mayo. Makes about a cup. Store in fridge.
