1.3 billion with those jobs? I am going to guess automotive. I have been looking to relocate. Hmm....

That would be great news for the Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia Tri State. That area has been in economic decline for 50 years with the steel and railroad industry leading the drop. Automotive seems likely but perhaps a clean coal processor might explain the high wages. Prayers for Boyd, Greenup, and Lawrence counties. These folks need a break.

I don’t buy it. Is that going to $75K for salary or including benefits? How much is the state going to put in? Not buying it.
