I’m sorry to see the flame-proof suit was necessary.
I agree with you on all counts.
I don’t condone the behavior of Loomer, either, but I respect her guts in doing what she did and I hope she gets off without being charged.
The argument seems to be that we have 2 choices:
1. Use the same ugly tactics the left uses.
2. Roll over and take it.
I would like to think there are many more options. I would like to think that we are more creative than that and that among those many more options, we could find something far more effective than the left’s ugliness.
I don’t have specific ideas about this particular issue, but I have seen conservatives do some pretty creative things with billboards. I think if we invested a little time and effort into coming up with good responses we could send a message that was effective and classy. I think one of the very best tactics is to ridicule the left. Force them to look in the mirror, force them to face the paradoxes of their arguments, force them to face their hypocrisy, etc. Call them out for being immoral, violent, childish, stupid, .....
yes indeed.
bad behavior like this is bad whoever does it.
I thought it was BEYOND rude when those black girls hijacked Bernie Sanders’ rally. He laid back and took it—and looked weak and foolish, imo, for doing so.
Trump supporters fought back—and I am glad they did, but the behavior of the people who jumped on stage was foolish.
This doesn’t do anything but STRENGTHEN those who hate what you’re saying—the people in the audience at the NYC likely didn’t change their minds, just as the Trump supporters at his rally weren’t swayed by the paid protesters at HIS event.
thanks for the kind words. :)
