In the old movie "in like Flint" he had the ability to put himself in a state of suspended animation to give the appearance that he was dead.

He wore a "special" watch which vibrated to wake him. Her "special watch" has trouble waking her up from a normal sleep.

By passing legislation to have 15 Supreme Court justices. The number is set by law, not in the Constitution. FDR was going to try it, but then they gave him what they wanted and he dropped it. If the progressives ever saw a court that didn’t give them their way, they would find a way, any way, to prevent that.

There was a recent law review article that posited that some parts of the Constitution are unconstitutional, because they violate the spirit of others. I used to joke that they would do that someday. It’s not a joke any more.

If she’s dead, she has to leave the court but that doesn’t stop her from voting Democratic.

It is said that there are three branches of government: the legislative, the executive, and Anthony Kennedy.

A solid conservative replacement for that third branch would be most welcome!

the only problem with judge Roberts is he was compromised at the time of the healthcare decision because of an adoption that had legal issue where he would of lost in court if the issue had been pressed in the court because of treaty obligations with another country.

I agree on Roberts. One of the ‘inside’ stories that I heard on Rush was that the justices make their decisions within days of the hearings...then they spend the rest of their time writing them up and also timing the releases of the big ones right after before the session ends.

In this case, the Dems FLIPPED OUT right after the hearings...meaning that they knew they lost. But then the Dems quieted down, and ultimately knew they got what they wanted. Hopefully Roberts is past that exposure, hopefully.

his children are 16 years old now and the democrats are no longer in total control of the justice department so I don’t think that he is as exposed as he was but until the kids reach eighteen he has some exposure.

I’d rather see Buzzie hit the trail .

May be more of a face plant on the trail. We should revisit the meaning behind 'lifetime' appointments. I can only imagine the volume of B12 they pump into ole Buzzard to keep her animated.

Though Mark Levine will protest to his dying day, Roberts made a good decision on Obamacare.

Obamacare is a tax. And the legislature and executive branch approved it -- as terrible as we know the Obamacare law is.

The Roberts decisions kicked the can back to Congress, the President, and the People saying, "If you want to stop this new tax, you need to vote it out. Don't expect me to legislate from the Bench."

And his decision gave rise to Donald Trump.

This is one of my predictions for the summer. Kennedy goes and we get a reliable 5 to 4 conservative court. The dems will go even more psychotic. I think this will hasten Ginsberg’s departure because her power will be dramatically lowered.

If Kennedy is replaced with a conservative, then Roberts becomes the swing vote, and Roberts is not really a reliable conservative. The REAL battle will come when Ginsberg needs replacement.

When SC decisions become reliably 5-4/6-3 conservative, the remaining liberals will NOT be having fun -- their opinions will be irrelevant.

Pepe, Kek and their pseudo-Egyptian *religion* are the brainchildren of r/The_Donald members. It’s all in good fun, and along with the red-white-&-blue lion emblem represent Trump and change.

The donks got their panties in a twist and call Pepe the frog a *hate symbol* for *white supremacists*. Didn’t work and the little monsters at r/T_D (Kek bless them) doubled down.

There are around 1/2 million of them and they are an articulate group of cyber and IRL activists. They wage meme wars, manipulate search engines so, for example, HRC shows up when “worst criminal candidate” or similar searches are entered (IIRC).

We need them. Trump needs them. They are authentic. I’m an old lady and I love them all.
