Right there in the "Financial" section of Pensacola Christian College's website, there is an entire page pimping their "4th Year Free" contract:

(Click the image button" [from PCCI website] to see the "4th Year Free" webpage.)

IANAL, but, to me it appears that Armentrout has bulletproof material for a lawsuit that should result in him owning a good chunk of that leftist "independent Baptist" school:

FWIW, I have a BS from a Baptist college, as do both of my daughters -- yet, I say,

"Sue the liberal ba$tards, Allen!!!

On that web page, they have an online “chat” feature about their 4th year free.
I’ve used it.
Maybe y’all can use it too.

Well stated, y’all. (Remember, Down South, more than 5 but less than 15 is “’y’all.” More than 15 is “all y’all”!)

This is an easy to win case, without ever getting to Court. The student’s (Plaintiff’s / “P’s” ) lawyer hopefully would be experienced enough to be able to find out who represents the college, or perhaps an experienced lawyer is on their Board.

P’s lawyer calls the college lawyer on the phone. (As I write this, please remember that there is almost a “script” for this).

Says he represents P, and P has been grievously injured, discriminated against, etc.... and he, P’s lawyer has a very long Summons and Complaint drawn up against the school, all it’s officials, the administrators, the alumni, the janitor, Student Union assistant cafeteria manager, their former part-time landscaper, some other guy etc.”

But, as P’s lawyer “was saying his prayer’s last night, his/ her spouse reminded him/her how wonderful a school PCC is, their history, their standing in the community, the great people who have graduated from there, and that some people may have made a hasty mistake in kicking the kid out of the program/school but their hearts are in the right place......”

(You know where this goes)

“And considering all this, and he/she isn’t sure this is settle-able, but... but... but.... since they have drawn the S & C but not filed it yet, and...”

At this point, the PCC lawyer, who has been aware of his role in this play for the last minute and a half, picks on his / her lines and chimes in and : “Tell you what, (P’s lawyer’s first name) We’re both smart guys. There maybe a way to keep all this unfortunate thing out of the newspapers... the school did nothing wrong.... but... but... but you know how bad and biased those liberal pencil-necked geeks at papers can be... so, ah, you’re not on any Statute of Limitations deadline... so why not just send me a copy of the Summons and Complaint... I’l sit with some people I know at the school... and maybe... just maybe.. we can work out something here... No promises... but you know... when two smart guys like us get together... rather than a bunch of possible hotheads... we may be able to work this out....”

“By the way, my wife saw your wife at Sunday School last week, remarked on how lovely your wife looked in her new dress...”

Yada Yada Yada.

School’s lawyer gets un-filed S&C, tell school they are in deep kim chee... and it all gets resolved in about 6 months... all very quietly...

But the word does get out to the powerful folks in town...

P’s lawyer was the one who “handled that matter so diplomatically.” School’s lawyer was the one who “Got them out of that legal jam they were in...” so both lawyers move up two notches on the totem pole, get more cases, etc.

Like I said... it’s all a well-scripted play, played out a 100 times a week in every jurisdiction. A major US photographic film and photo print paper manufacturer once settled a $35,000,000 IRS matter that way.

Shakespeare was right: “All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players.”
