The entire upper echelons of these agencies need to be summarily fired and prosecuted to the full extent of the laws they willingly ignored.
Send a message to the subordinates and any future appointees, you do this kind of stuff, you go to prison...................

These agencies wouldn’t have done it without guidance and approval from the WH. Its inconceivable that all six would initiate domestic spying like this on their own. They wouldn’t go rogue. That’s just now how DC operates.
