Hillary claimed she gave 10% of her income to charity ( probably the Clinton Family piggy bank A.K.A. The Clinton Charitable Foundation ) and that now part of that 10% would be a return of the money Weinstein donated to her campaign i.e. she would deem part of her annual charitable donation to be a return of the Weinstein money. No incremental outflow from the Clinton ill gotten gains.
Billary, Inc. has about the most well informed political machine when it comes to Hollywood. It is just about the most unlikely scenario of all for them to not have known about Weinstein the sexual predator.
Listening to them sound surprised is like listening to someone saying: “I never had sexual relations with that woman.”
