Almost a year after Donald Trump humiliated the Democratic Party 30 states to 19 3/4, only now is the party coming to grips with its defeat.
Eight years of charming incompetence by Barack Obama fundamentally transformed the Democratic Party into an atrophied, sclerotic shell. The party is its smallest since 1929 as measured by governorships.
Failure has consequences.
Had they judged Obama by the content of his character instead of the color of his skin, Democrats may have been spared the Walk of Shame they must begin.
The party has no leadership.

Nobody that I know is complaining about how he decimated the Democrat party. Everyone is upset about all the damage that his incompetence and hatred for America did to this country.

For that matter, the whole country is still teetering on the edge because of that POS and most Democrats are still too stupid to get it.
In reality though he was just a tool of the elitist globalism community who wanted the USA for themselves. I think the Nihilist Obama got it, but didn’t much care.

I just read today that Obama left the Democrats in millions of dollars of debt after his 2012 election. Since he was president for the subsequent 4 years it is inconceivable that he didn’t use the office to raise money to pay off the debt. Obama was just lazy and coasted for the last 4 years. Just had aides bring him things to sign.
Unfortunately I see no evidence whatsoever to support that claim.
Black leadership and prosperity don’t often go together.

Y’know, this ‘Democrat party is destroyed’ stuff is getting worrisome. It sounds like we’re in our own bubble.
The Democrats are still raising scads of money. They got most of the counted votes the general election (admittedly, including the fraudulent ones), they control the media and the academia, and their militant arm is running amok in the streets, unopposed.
The only thing they are really missing is leadership, which will appear in the not-to-distant future.
The article is incorrect on one thing. They are not coming to grips of their defeat. For someone even on their side to suggest anything thoughtful, insightful, or honest in introspection is to at best to invite cognitive dissonance from their side or at worst have hate filled threats made against you.
It is not really inconceivable that he would not help the party. He is a narcissist. Everything is about him. He was busy having a good time in office on the public dime, he didn't give a damn about the party. The Dems just simply did not understand that about him. They were too enthralled with the idea that their Party had the first black POTUS to worry about what he was actually doing to the country AND their party.
The Democratic Party is now synonymous with defeat.
Got to love it, when a plan comes together!!! Even if it is the Dem's plan...
Now if we could only get out Stuff together and pass some great Bills.
