He didn’t know about all the evidence hidden by the prosecutors and cited by Judge Navarro in her January 8th ruling this year.

Navarro called what Steve Myhre and the other prosecutors did a “willful” withholding of evidence.

Judge Navarro seemed pretty disgusted with the government going back to the fake claim that the desert tortoise was endangered.

Would any of the so-called secret evidence change the fact that he traveled there, took up arms, served as an armed participant for a month, organizing the armed activity, admitted to it, and said he would do it again? Actions have consequences, he got what he deserved, should feel lucky he still alive. If he thinks he has a case for appeal, go for it. If you want to defend him so much, send in your money. For me, I think justice is served. So apparently, did the folks back home.
