The UN should oversee a joint effort by the oil wealthy countries in the ME. Put the safe zone in Dubai - lots of money there to throw around. Put it in Saudi Arabia. Just don’t put it anywhere neighboring Israel, or it will NOT be a safe zone for them.
Kurds need a home. Gotta take land from 4 existing countries. Biden had it right when he said divide Iraq into 3-Kurds up north. It would have given them 3 new enemies besides the Turks. More Moozlems killing each other.
Not even sure this would be effective any longer. Assad has effectively won the war.
How about we tell all of the Middle East countries.

It's right smack in the middle of Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and the Mediterranean Sea.

The hope is that they won’t end up in Europe. Germany has no skin in the game? They sure have a lot of Muzzies now. We can’t fix it but we can manage it well enough so that they kill only amongst themselves-in THEIR region.
