No. One of the most cogent thoughtful arguments I have ever heard in the Senate. Perhaps she will sway a few democrats. Probably not. She apparently will vote to confirm.
Yup, she just added a bunch of on-the-fence women voters to the Republicans this election, or at least made them lose interest in voting against Republicans.
