I just tried to get into my Target Red Card Account and there was no way. They have a new "agree or no agree" to their policy and it was pages and pages long. I skimmed through and saw the paperless billing.. give them permission to get into my bank.. and if "no agree" you don't get in to see your acount.
I’ve been to the Cabelas Mother store where all good things come from though pricey.

They poured money into the superficial but the shelves are short on product, workers hours are drastically cut, and customer service is a thing of the past. They are dying and they won’t last long.
They mistake the vocal, activist left as both the majority of their party AND the representatives of the next generation.
End result: they cater to SJWs thinking it is morally necessary AND appropriate marketing.
Wrong.
Target has debit cards that debit from your actual, existing account.
Wrong on so many counts.
Well, maybe it will happen to me later. They have been bugging me to go paperless.
