To 86 someone means to kill. 45 is Trump.
Eh, that's the extreme side of that meaning. A lot of restaurants use '86' to refer to an employee who quit/was fired, or if a certain beer/food item is out, it's "86'd for the night": stop serving it cause we don't have any.
