Texas and 13 other states have filed an emergency application with the Supreme Court asking to be allowed to defend the so-called public charge rule in court proceedings after the Biden administration decided not to defend it in court.
When you’re not posting clickbait, how about a donation?
An early ping for next month.
This is the FreeRepublic “1 of” Ping List. The FR “1 of” Ping List is comprised of folks who post hit and run clickbait threads and then rarely if ever reply to posts.
“1 of” Ping list members: Your donations are needed during the next FR Fund Raiser. FR members pay for you to post your hit and run threads for free. Your donations are needed to pay back FR members who pay for your free use of FR bandwidth.
Please donate here.

The ONLY assistance an immigrant, of any status, should receive is if they need a one way ticket back to their country.
Bttt

The Epoch Times is not clickbait!
“14 States Ask Supreme Court to Let Them Defend Immigrant Self-Sufficiency Rule”
“LET them”? What about individual States rights?

I notice Georgia isn’t on there.
They sign into law, an election/voting law that they know will get challenged and probably nullified...and then shrug their collective shoulders and say, “we tried”. Ushering in Stacy Abrams as the next Governor.
Now they don’t sign onto this. Guess the developers and farmers need more workers from south of the border. Well, when interest rates start climbing, combined with cost of building materials, rising taxes to pay for all of them, I’m betting the construction business and new home construction is going to take a bit of a hit.
Hit and run posting-bot posts each thread as clickbait and never replies and never donates a dime. I just ask him to kick in a little something. Maybe you’d like to throw in a little extra in the spambot’s name since it “isn’t clickbait?”
The Roberts court will say it is solely a federal issue and they have no standing.
The Epoch Times is not clickbait! for the second time!!!!!!
Larry, the Epoch Times is a respectable site - the only one which details what has happened ans is happening in China toady. They are on the CCP hit list. Your unfamiliarity with it is the problem here.
People are free to contribute to FR or not. Pushing them to do so just alienates them and others and makes you look bad.
For the second time, the OP is a spambot who spams FR with clickbait to a blog and then doesn’t stay to participate. Clickbait is a one or two line teaser.
My work is done here.
Hey, spambot, got something to add? Nah, I didn’t think so. He never replies.
States Rights is a dead issue under the Regime
All rights are a dead issue under the Regime.
Well, other folks seem to be able to post from that site with reasonable excerpts (not in clickbait form) and then remain and discuss the articles.
I suspect maybe Yong is the blog’s resident spambot. Don’t care for spambots using FR for free while we pay their way.

You make an assumption or two and then reach a conclusion based on those assumptions. I and many other have posted articles and not replied to comments - big whoop!
Well, you’re not a spambot I’m not sure why we’re even having this discussion. Have a good Sunday my FRiend!
The applicant states in the Supreme Court proceeding are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and West Virginia.
