I have iPhone and I want the app. Is Android the only phone one can use?

The app was free. Didn’t pay a dime. Got it yesterday.
I just got my iPhone as a gift and still learning. Can you tell me how/what/where to get an app and what it is called, etc. Any info is appreciated.

iPhone is the ONLY phone supported right now. You’re good to go!

This link is from my laptop so I don't have the download button, but the page states that it is free. "This app is available only on the App Store for iPhone."
Because I downloaded it already on my iphone, it doesn't tell me if it's free or not, just that I have it.
I'm using TS and haven't paid a penny to use it.
Just put in a search engine or in your app search on the settings link on your phone “Truth Social” and it will bring up the link for the app and ask for your password after it asks you if you want to “get” the app.
Truth Social app is FREE.

I'm not following the conservative script on this, I imagine, but I have a pretty much full suite of Apple products, and I enjoy them very much.
I have the phone, as does wife and son and unofficially-adopted son. Three of us have iPads, all four have watches, AppleTV boxes (honestly, this was a gift and my use of it is not a lot), and three of us have earphones. My earphones were a gift from the boys, and I was appalled that they paid what they did for them, thinking I'd never use them enough. But If I lost them today, I'd be in the store tomorrow to get replacments.
I splurge for the "Family Deal" and we get Apple Music, Apple Fitness, AppleTV, Newstand, and extra cloud storage for all four of us for $30 a month - and we use every aspect of that so I consider it a bargain.
oh, ok. but it’s free, right?
Although I have an iphone, I’m waiting for the desktop version because it’s easier to use.
