I hope my favorite Rush substitute is doing well with his recovery. Someone has been updating his webpage steynonline... they left this message:
Mark is recovering from his two heart attacks, but the show must go on. 2023 still started out with a bang at SteynOnline. In case you missed it, here's how the last week looked...
GBN had been continuing his show with guest hosts but they didn't stream one today. Viewers have been bombarding them on Twitter with requests for information on Mark... no reply so far. He had said he hoped to go home to New Hampshire after he spent the holidays in hospital in Paris. Get well soon Mark.

Yes. He would have been better than either of the replacement shows that came on after Rush passed.
He wins millions of dollars from Mark Levin and then has a heart attack.

Ugh! I pray he’s OK. French Healthcare sucks as bad as the UK.
I was hoping Steyn would be Rush’s successor, too. Maybe he can sub for Dan Bongino while he undergoes surgery and recovery.
A surprisingly good conservative radio personality is Dwight Schultz (”Mad” Murdock of The A-Team fame.) He covered for Jerry Doyle on his show for many months ten or so years ago.
I hope Steyn and/or Schultz can score a national radio gig one day.
Very sad to hear, I had just discovered his show a few months back and enjoyed it. Hopefully he recovers.

I went to SteynOnline a couple of days ago and there have been no updates for a while. Prayers for his health. He was the only ‘Rush sub’ that I really enjoyed.
NIH might cover some but I doubt it.
He probably has employer or private coverage.
No French health care is actually very good....it is one of the things they do very well.
He was lucky to be in France, not the UK.
Yeah. In the UK he’d probably still be waiting in the lobby.
