Breaking: New Study Finds Zero Amish Children Diagnosed with Cancer, Diabetes or Autism

A new comprehensive study has found that no Amish children have been diagnosed with chronic conditions, which widely impact the rest of America.

In a new comprehensive study, presented by VSRF founder Steve Kirsch to the Pennsylvania State Senate, it was calculated that for Amish children, who are strictly 100 percent unvaccinated, typical chronic conditions barely exist, if any at all.

Across America, the current population of Amish people is quickly approaching 400,000.

The largest concentrations of Amish citizens are 90,000 in Pennsylvania and 82,000 in Ohio.

Amish communities have settled in as many as 32 U.S. states.

Families have an average of 7 kids so the Amish population is growing rapidly.

The Amish are a group of traditionalist Christians who are known for simple living, plain dress, and Christian pacifism.

They reject most conveniences of modern technology and pharmaceuticals and maintain self-sufficiency.

The Amish value rural life, manual labor, humility, and Gelassenheit (submission to God’s will) with a view neither to interrupt family time nor replace face-to-face conversations whenever possible.

Yet, despite rejecting all modern medicine and pharmaceutical drugs that the rest of the American people have access to, the Amish are among the healthiest in the nation

What one website had to say about whether the Amish visit doctors or not, etc...

https://amishamerica.com/health/

Seems reasonably balanced to me.

They do not eat organic. They use pesticides on their crops. They eat sugar and carbs freely. Interesting.

Vitamin D, regular, vigorous exercise, even into older age, regular sex, big families = lack of lonliness and lower depression rates, minimal or zero ingestion of plastics/ "forever chemicals" that increase cancer, disrupt hormones and lower fertility.

Amish, Mennonites and other moldy closed communities do sometimes suffer from unusual genetic conditions.

I wonder how much folk medicine and home remedies are used amoung them.
I also wonder about their teeth.
Good dental health contributes to better health for adults and children.
Do they use “folk” Dentists?

Vaccines cause long term issues for many. Most people have no idea that vaccines had anything to do with them having those conditions. So many years ago as a child I had a vaccine that changed my state of health for ever. Allergies began. Tiredness, and other symptoms. Never had another vaccine.

I'm working now in a small town in a county that has fifteen percent (!) Amish people.

They come to the doctor just like anyone else, as far as I can tell. They are much more fit than non-Amish. It is news to me that they and their children are not vaccinated... if so, it is very important that this be studied.

If a link between infant and childhood inoculations and autism could be proven, it would be tremendously important, needless to say.

If so, laws allowing parents to exempt their kids from some or all of the incredible number of shots would be forthcoming, I would think.

The huge disease burden of autism would make this an overwhelmingly popular cause.

If the data show that there are zero cases of cancer or diabetes, in any large population, the research is nonsense.

Good for them, but how often do they go in for a CDC diagnosis?

Visit the ER in a hospital near where they reside in large numbers, certain rural counties in NE Ohio for example, and you will frequently find Amish in the waiting room. They may not vaccinate, but they won’t avoid modern medical care when its necessary.

Except they don't reject all modern medicine and pharmaceutical drugs.

I know because some of them are my neighbors and because I have met others at the doctor's office.

So I would take this study with a small grain or two of salt.

"Blood pressure and heart disease are higher in amish populations compared to non-amish populations.

There was a picture with this article...the kids were skinny...the men were big and fat. Their diet is a food fest.

Amish children still go to school until the 8th grade. It would be reported in school.

It is interesting, but the Amish benefit from herd immunity because the rest of us are vaccinated against potentially deadly diseases like measles and polio.

I love listening (reading) the comments of those that don’t know.
Have a large Amish community just down the road.
They go to doctors.
They go to hospitals.
They go to grocery stores.
They even go to Walmart.
They reject modern power.
But they hire people that use it.
They even hire people to drive them, and people to take them fishing.
