The threat of legal action is meaningless.

The threats must be death to be meaningful and acted on

The rats stole the AZ Governor, AG, Senate and SOS races in 22. This is them welding the door shut. It’s just so brazen. Going to court to block hand counting, it’s just shameless.

I have a home in Mohave County at the river, Trump OWNS the whole county. Maybe they should SHUT OFF the Power for election day, then count by hand as a necessity.

I’m willing to bet the ONLY reason this OBVIOUS threat is being made is the AG KNOWS that the Machine Count and Hand Count WILL NOT MATCH!!!!!!

Let me further guess that the “Machine” will VOTE DEMOCRAT!!!!

I am on the Mohave County Board of Supervisors. I voted Yes but a hand count is not the end all. By the time ballots get counted, they are out of the envelopes. To me the big fraud is not the tabulation machines, but everything before. Mohave County dies not use actual
Voting machines. Garbage in garbage out. Senator Borrelli contends that the source codes are compromised. I am not sure but I was willing to try the hand count although it is a logistical NIGHTMARE.

Ballots could be posted online after being are scanned.

The parties could have people counting them.

To preserve secrecy, at least ten from each scanner would randomly be held back from release except for after a fifteen-minute pause when the ten held back would finally get released.

I don’t want Democratic officials entrusted with hand counting my vote.

These people are just epoxying themselves in history as being the weaseliest, crudest, cheatingest bastards ever to draw a breath.

They are just embarrassing themselves for all eternity.

PS I am sure in the fine print in the election law that there is a clause that allows election officials may, in the event of machine malfunction, resort to hand counted ballots on election day.

In other words I believe there is a workaround.

The sluts and Karens have taken Arizona.

They haven't, yet. They have essentially taken over a castle in Phoenix from which they issue edicts to the peons, but most of the state pays no attention to them. They may be able to keep their place in that castle through fraud and trickery, but so far they haven't had much effect on day-to-day life here - unlike, say, in Michigan.

I hate to say it, but much of what went wrong in Arizona is Joe Arpaio's fault. He hung around playing celebrity sheriff for too long - annoying many good citizens with his excessive drunk driving checkpoints and refusing to name a successor and retire - so when the Federal allegations came up he became an easy target for the Left. With Arpaio out of the way and their own Soros-approved replacement in place, it was easy for them to start dismantling all of the election safeguards in Maricopa County. Now the cartel operatives have moved in like rats and started gnawing away at the walls.

Arpaio is still trying to run for mayor of the Town of Fountain Hills at age 92 - a race he lost to an unimpressive 'nice lady' Democrat in 2022.

"Full hand counts are impracticable to perform within the time permitted to certify election results..."

I wonder if they were typing this with a straight face.

“the hand count is a logistical NIGHTMARE.“

Argentina just had a national election and the hand count for the entire country was finished in hours.

Hand counting cannot be that bad. We used it for decades, hell for 100s of years and yet we still made it through, Chicago notwithstanding.

If we do not remove the fraud in the election system from root to stem, then there remains little choice than violent revolution, and that is an unacceptable outcome.

PARIS (AP) — French voters in Sunday’s presidential election will use the same system that’s been used for generations: paper ballots that are cast in person and counted by hand. Despite periodic calls for more flexibility or modernization, France doesn’t do mail-in voting, early voting or use voting machines en masse like the United States

Which is a good example for why there isn’t going to be a 2024 election.
