Up yours, Newsweak!
“The Wampanoag . . . didn’t have the numbers to fight off their rivals, the Narragansett.”
Not possible. Native Americans were all peaceful and kumbaya-like with each other.

Right off the bat, it’s clear that only their version of “the truth” is what the truth will be.
Newsqueak. Take that crap somewhere else. I think Gaza could use a news rag. Toilet paper is hard to get over there.
Rush Limbaugh told the story of the first Thanksgiving everywhere until he could no longer. It is an excellent telling.
Thanksgiving is a time for friends and family to eat together. I doubt any body talks about pilgrims or colonizing any place.
The bastards on the left invented all this nonsense because they want to destroy this country.
None of my ancestors came here as pilgrims or colonizers.
Truth of native tribes needs to be included.
I am SO tired of this trite crap! PLEASE make it STOP!

Hey, Newsweak: STFU
It isn't hard. Just omit anything that disagrees with your narrative. Then make up quotes about the rest. Don't worry about being caught. The Wokesters will never punish falsehoods which advance the cause.
I recommend this book: Not Stolen The Truth About European Colonialism in the New World.
Truth from Newsweek? Seriously?
They’re as full of shite as a Christmas goose.
Anything to destroy America.
They can all go EASD...no turkey for them!!!
The proclamation of Thanksgiving that Lincoln made wasn’t about Indians or any kind of harvest celebration.
“truth should triumph over nationalistic narratives.”
So when will Newsweak start telling the truth about the kung flu? the kung flu virus? ivermectin?
“Decolonize” is code for kill white people.
Jason Nichols & Newsweak can take a flying leap.
What about the Anasazi, who predated the “native Americans” before they came over from Asia?
Actually, the first Thanksgiving was here in St Augustine, FL (where I live) on Sept 8, 1565, when our founder had mass celebrated at the landing site. Eucharist means Thanksgiving or thanks offering. After this the Indians and Spaniards had a dinner that probably puzzled both of them...New World and Old World vegetables and meats getting together for the first time.
George Washington’s Thanksgiving Day proclamation:
Mostly peaceful first arrivals?
