deregulation is bad and greedy CEOs are ruining everything

Right. So now we have greedy politicians ruining everything, MUCH worse. People can choose whether to buy from "greedy" CEO's and lousy companies, but people have no choice when it comes to greedy government other than to THROW THE BUMS OUT and SLASH BIG GOVERNMENT!

acknowledge that spending enormous gobs of money on stuff that almost no one actually watched was a real mistake

two years ago everybody was saying that content was king. We are going to need a lot more data to fill our increased capacity to stream data.

Odd, so when half the population is no longer locked inside hiding from the Wuhan Flu they don’t watch as much TV?

I read years ago that there were only something like 39 plots for a TV show. (what are the other 32?)

Even Laverne and Shirley were just remakes of I Love Lucy shows with Lucy and Ethyl.

The claim, “Ten of the 20 highest-grossing films of all time, domestically (unadjusted for inflation), are either comic book or Star Wars movies. Add in other sundry franchise sequels and that number climbs to 14 of 20,” is questionable. If films were adjusted for population and inflation, I think that modern films would fall behind movies produced in the thirties. However, it is likely that I am prejudiced. I do prefer adult (rather than juvenile) films.

did the Bulwark publish something not filled with hatred for Trump?

maybe they’re not getting the number they thought they’d get with that branding, and have decided to create some non-Never-Trump content.
