"The Passion of the Christ" in an alternate universe (Is it really anti-Semitic?)

Many critics have charged that "The Passion of the Christ" unfairly depicts Jews and whitewashes the Romans. Oh really? Let's see about that. Imagine, in an alternate reality, Jesus is actually a Roman born in a small province of the Jewish Empire. Here is how a movie, based on the same concept as "Passion", on this subject would play out:

Romans, not Jews, consists of Jesus' disciples.

A Roman, not a Jew, is shown as being hesitant about betraying Christ, who later repents and commits suicide.

Jews, not the Romans, are shown flogging Christ for 20 minutes, while Romans, not Jews, are shown with expressions of horror on their faces.

The Jewish governer, not the Roman governer, judges Jesus' guilt based solely on how it will affect his own political career (I've never understood the claims that Pilate is shown "sympathetically").

Jews, not Romans, are shown forcing the crown of thorns onto His head and mocking Him as "King of the Romans".

Some Romans, not Jews (Pharisees), are shown in the Sanhedrin protesting the assembly.

Romans, not Jews, are shown expressing concern for Christ on the Via Dolorousa. (Yes, there are some accusatory Jews, but they're the exception, not the rule)

A Roman, not a Jew, helps Christ carry His cross.

A Roman woman, not a Jewish woman, offers Jesus a cup of water while He is carrying His cross.

Jews, not Romans, drive the nails through Jesus' hands.

Jews, not Romans, raise His cross.

Now, which film would be more likely to generate anti-Semitism, the real "Passion of the Christ" film, or the alternative one that I just described?
