Silver Surfer. I kind of slanted some of my answers hoping to get this result. Still wish I knew what happened to my Silver Surfer vs. Gallacticus edition. Last time I checked it would have been worth a few grand.

This is real... I kid you not:

Subject: Workstations

I would like to advise everyone regarding some
additional protocols as it relates to employee
workstations.

In addition to the weekly workstation cleaning
performed by each employee, Mike XXXXX (last name deleted) will also
perform a thorough cleaning of each employee’s
workstation. Due to his other building
responsibilities, Mike will only be cleaning one
workstation per day. With over 80 workstations, it
will take Mike about four months to clean all
workstations in the building. After cleaning each
workstation once, Mike will begin the rotation again.
It is anticipated that each employee’s workstation
will be thoroughly cleaned by Mike once every four
months or about three times each year. Keep in mind,
employees will still need to perform their own
workstation cleaning on a weekly basis.

Also, please remember that XXX (company name deleted) does have a Clean Desk
Policy which requires all papers, file folders,
Post-It notes, pens, pencils, etc. be put away in
drawers/files at the conclusion of each day.

As for an employee’s personal effects, the following
parameters have been developed to help maintain a
clean and consistent look among the workstations:

No eating food at an employee’s workstation. Store
and eat food items in the café.

Do not pin, tape, staple, or hang items from the
fabric panels of your workstation.

Any photos or pictures displayed at an employee’s
workstation need to be framed. Framed pictures
should not be larger than a standard 8” by 10” size.
The number of framed pictures displayed at a
workstation should not exceed 7 pictures.

Vases with flowers should not exceed more than one
vase per workstation.

Candy dishes are allowed, but should not exceed more
than one candy dish per workstation.

Statues, figurines, or stuffed animals are not allowed
to be displayed at an employee’s workstation.

Any other personal effect item not listed above is not
allowed.

And lastly, to help maintain a clean appearance with
the trash can liners, the following Post-It Note
Disposal Procedure is being implemented. Prior to
disposing a Post-It note, employees are asked to fold
Post-It notes in half with the “sticky” side inside so
it is no longer exposed. By disabling the sticky
mechanism in this manner, it is expected the Post-It
note will not adhere to the trash can liner and will
empty with the rest of the trash at the end of the
day.

Your cooperation in following the above-referenced
protocols will assist with XXX (company name deleted) maintaining a clean
work environment.

Thank you for your assistance!

XXXXXX X XXXXXXXXXXXX (name deleted)
