Basically, yesterday I wrote a review of Brokeback Mountain I was very honest and not derogatory in anyway. I stated that the advertising for the movie was misleading and that the movie itself ignored the fact that these men destroyed the families they created rather than making a choice not to have those families when they realized they were gay.
I gave the movie the rating of F on the Yahoo scale.
Now the yahoo people have sent me a threatening email and have said they are going to close my account if I engage in any more of these activities. Well I guess they better close the account because they aren't going to threaten me. In fact I may take an entire day one day and open hundreds of free yahoo accounts to waste their bandwidth and find someway to get all those accounts spammed so it wastes more bandwidth. I am so sick of the leftists that run Yahoo.
Where is your review?
It seems they remove ever review that gets reported as abuse. Basically almost all the negative reviews over a day or two old have been reported and removed.
I guess the Terms of Service have a small print stating that movies with gay sheepherders must be reviewed positively.
You should have kept it for posterity.
Or, in the case of this movie, for posterior ;)
I went to the site again and it gives you the choice to view the lowest reviews in order of the date they were posted. I have noticed for each day there are still 3 or fewer bad reviews except for a period between Jan 3 - Jan 7 where there are no bad reviews at all.
That's a FAKE yahoo address. It didn't come from the real Yahoo!

It is the yahoo-dev-null that bothers me a lot.
I get spam from official-sounding web sites all the time.....allegedly official mail from aol, from paypal, from eBay, etc.....it's incredible how much comes through the filters. I changed the credit card account number on my aol ON THE PHONE and within hours, I had two "official" notes from aol asking for my new account information....thing was, neither of those notes was addressed to me, but to two other people with similar email addresses. Spam. You have to watch everything.
The eBay scams are so prevalent, I stopped buying there--and every one of them looked as official as could be....exact replicas of legit return addresses. I forwarded ALL of them to spam reporting addresses at aol, at eBay, and to some federal spam reporting agency whose address I cannot access at the moment.

It seems it doesn't matter if you wrote a honest review that was merely factual. As long as you gave it a bad review it seems the Pro Brokeback Mtn crowd is pushing the abuse button that is next to each review. Yahoo doesn't seem to look at the review they merely delete it and send a threatening letter to the person that wrote the review.
I believe I was zotted by Yahoo becasue some gay cowboy is pushing the abuse button on ever negative review. That said I have figured out a way to help the movie out ... we should go click the button that says was this review helpful if enough people click the bad reviews those reviews will show up on the front page with the movie.
I also checked yesterday there were between 15-20 negative reviews for just January 9th today there are only four left.
Or you could report abuse by this gay sheepherder fan. Yahoo will know who it is. Maybe they'll zot him!
For example, I posted a negative review about an hour ago. Since then many positive reviews have been entered. Almost every viewer of the positive reviews have found the review. Earlier reviews show something like 80% or more of viewers found the review useful.
To me, it appears that there has been some organized effort to elevate the rating status of all of the earlier positive reviews and then to monitor all of the new reviews and immediately respond to them positively.

I cannot believe that this movie isn't banned in more parts of the country! What an outrage! Attacking one of the most American things...the cowboy. The woman who wrote this book should be ashamed of herself, as well as those who had anything to do with the making of this movie! Disgusting!

Two Very Sick Cowboys
Here is another Hollywood statement and piece of trash about two very mentally ill cowboys committing adultery on their wives for twenty years who "go on many fishing trips together" but never never actually get the time to put their "hooks in the water".
Well, I suppose there are many out there in the world just like these two who have many flawed and totally screwed up relationships with the opposite sex, and therefore, actually think they must be gay!

Gay Agenda Film
I remember once the famous stateswoman, Madonna, said "Think globally America" in reference to our understanding of other cultures namely Islamic and our response to terrorism. I forgot if that was after she kissed Britney Spears on TV or before. But it's no wonder why the Islamic worlds hates us....this is what our "best" minds in Hollywood have to offer the world. This is anathema to most religious people....Christians, Jews and Muslims. But to atheist and materialistic Hollywood and their minions...this a an "epic love story"....wow.
We are supposed to empathize with cheating on vows, having multiple sex partners, abandoning spouses and children. This film has no redeeming value...it is merely a well disguised gay agenda film. I feel very sad for our country.
