You're right, it's not always that easy. I tried every diet and exercise program in existance and gained weight on them, and my Cholesterol kept going up. The Atkins Diet is the only one that has ever worked for me. I'm back on it again since I gained some over the holidays. I'm losing. I do love all that cheese and butter.
