On March 23, 2005, you announced the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. At that time, you instructed Ministers to create an architecture which would further enhance the security of North America while at the same time promote the economic well-being of our citizens and position North America to face and meet future challenges. This effort builds on the excellent, long-standing relations among our three countries. The response to your request is attached.

Confronted with the truth of the matter you're going to argue legislative definitions.

While you are having difficulty with semantics, the "truth of the matter" is that the original comment referred to taxes being raised to fund Mexican infrastructure improvements, and the text of the bill you posted does nothing of the sort. So it appears that you can't handle the truth.

LOL! One way or another the money they shift will have to be replaced so they'll either increase taxes or create new one's to fill the void.

That's good news, because that's only store a lot of us are going to be able to afford to buy things at. You ivory tower globalists keep forgetting that you need a population that can actually afford to buy the junk that you move to Mexico to make. And once our credit cards are maxed, you're going to see things slowing down a tad.

I think so. Let me see if I have it right.

1. Make agreements with your workers to trade pay raises for some distant benefit.

2. Donate lots of money to buy influence with pandering politicians and demand that they allow you to move all of your manufacturing to a third world nation at a fraction of the cost and pay no tariff to re-import the finished product.

3. Fire your American workers.

Wage deflation right now is propped up by Americans using credit where they used to save. And just like with our government, the borrowing cycle can't last forever. Eventually the bill comes and you have to pay. And with a nation of gas station clerks making $8 instead of factory workers making $20, the engine is going to seize up.
