"...musical hallucination..."
I always called it a 'ear worm'; a tune or song that I couldn't stop hearing play in my mind. I'd hum or whistle it. But I could get rid of it by listening to Hitlery, Pelosi or McKinney's voices, which would erase everything else.
Within 5 mins, I'd have to insert the Lithium IV directly into my carotid artery, and rest for 1-2hrs...

it's that Devil Rock n Rool again !

Of course not! Just someone's imagination. :)
This is the song that never ends
Yes, it goes on and on, my friends
Some people started singing it not knowing what it was,
And they'll continue singing it forever just because

(...heavy strings, tune low, play hard and floor it. Floor it. That's technical talk....)

With no sound via the ears, the brain generates random impulses it interprets to be sound. It then matches these to memories of music and a song begins in the head. This may explain why Beethoven was able to compose after going deaf. So then, the good Dr Aziz is now suggesting that musicians are now victims who are afflicted with this dread horror. Being a musician myself, I ask (no DEMAND!): "Where's my government check ?!?!?"
