I don't think any family plans for this kind of thing. But too many are willing to exploit it if it falls into their hands. That is more than likely the case here. You would think that they would go talk to him to get an idea whether he is guilty or not before making public statements.

I didn't learn the family secrets until I was much older....in my 40's for some of them.
Ironic: Karr is writing the book of JBR and his family get the book agent.

There are some members of our family that STILL don't know the "family secrets"! Infact there are some members of the family that don't even know who the rest of the family are!
that's what is holding me back from accusing them...

Socialpaths and psychopaths live their lives in and out of reality.....pedophiles in particular are not always violent....sometimes they really think they are in love with whoever they're after....
now John-boy says he did this and did that with Jon Benet....in reality, she probably resisted so severely that he was violent with her, and ended up killing her...IF in fact it turns out he did do it.....

to this day, I think OJ Simpson really really thinks he was the battered one, and he probably really really thinks that he was only protecting himself like any he-man might when he slaughtered the mother of his children and the waiter from the restaurant......
even rapists will always argue that the woman or girl "wanted it bad" or some such nonsense...

Maybe it's just me. If I thought a family member was guilty, I'd cooperate. Out of fear that if he was released, another innocent person could die.
