He told her details that were known to all the JBR case followers.
She was not a JonBenet Ramsey case follower - she was interested in the Polly Klaas murder. She didn't know these details were already well known.

I'm not talking about a party, but a true open house due to the Christmas decorations in it. They call it a Christmas Walk and House tour in some communities. It is open to the public but is normally only published in local community newspaper.
Cnn has it wrong too they just said people had been through the house, but not allowed downstairs.
Patsy did one the year before, after the remodling was all done. They didn't do one in 1996.
The only Christmas anything they did was the little thrown-together children's party on 12/23/96.

That's the one the did the gingerbread houses and had as many adult as kids........Sould like fun!
Ok.... I'll take you word for it that it was in 1995. Someone over on the forum says she did have one in 1996 and that it was a public thing and that many people took the tour. (they said a 1000, but in my community it could be in the 100's, maybe 200 or more)
No matter what year it was could Karr have taken the tour? (who knows - if he knew about the Ramsey's before JonBenet's death)
I agree with you regarding the evidence against the Ramseys. But I was referring to basic knowledge of the house, the staircase, the bonus check's exact amount, where it was, etc., the stuff that JMK was supposedly privy to. All of that was public knowledge years ago so I don't see what JMK knew, at least from the linked news article, that was restricted from the public domain.
Maybe we'll hear something soon about information specific to the crime scene itself, but for now I'm just hearing that he has knowledge of stuff that has been public, albeit not widely circulated, for years. If he was obsessed with the case and planning to write a book on it, I don't think it would be that hard to research it, interview key people and find out "details of the basement", for example.

I can't see anything on ACR's page except some yellow type at the bottom about 12/25/96.
The party on the 14th wasn't their party. They let one of the Episcopal Church dinner clubs (small) use the house while they were out of town. It might have been when Patsy went to NYC, not sure which trip it was.
That was the day JonBenet was in the parade downtown, I think - the Ramseys were gone and Grandpa Paugh had to take JonBenet. Burke and his scout troop make decorations for her car, I believe - and maybe walked alongside it, IIRC.
That was with their church. Foyer groups are Episcopal meeting groups that meet at member's homes. JMK wouldn't be there b/c he was not a parishioner.
It's akin to herding Viking kitties, actually. You're welcome, lol!
