Man Hair, those punctures look bad! If you’re not up on your tetanus shots you might ought to go get one. I’ll bet they hurt like the dickens too!
They’re a little tender still, and want to get infected but so far they aren’t. I think they’ll be OK... You know I’m not going to go get a ~shot~. ;~)
