As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY ISSUED BY NWSFO STERLING
Storm Track...
Discussion:
Low pressure, centered over LA, will move toward the VACAPES during today and move offshore by tomorrow morning. Current thinking is this system will not become well organized until it is substantially offshore in NORLANT.
For the National Capital Region--global warming fallout beginning this morning remaining light until mid-afternoon. Heavier rates of fallout overnight until early morning when the precipitate should change to fz rain or all rain. Total fallout accumulations on the order of 1-3", with minimal icing at changeover. Currently, this rates 1 roll of TP, though later today we may need to go to a 2 TP warning. Much uncertainty remains with respect to the organization and timing of the coastal low. It has already started snowing several hours earlier than anticipated.
This is a moderate confidence forecast.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

The really wonderful news is it could very well be snowing in New York when the UN issues their much ballyhooed report on Global Warming.
Oh, the delicious irony!!

Will we get to see Eric Shawn reporting on the UN on Fox in a snowstorm? LOL!

Good Morning from the wet, foggy Gulf Coast of MS!
I see the DBM is in full CHA (cover his a**) mode over 'ol hairpulgs biden's verbal flatulence yesterday concerning obama. Seems they are tripping all over themselves trying to explain how noting negative was meant by the comments and that anyone who thought otherwise must be some right wing zealot bent on disparaging a noble RAT like 'ol hairplugs.
I wonder (but already know) how this would be playing out if say Duncan Hunter, or any other Republican had said the exact same thing.
These same DBM RAT apologists would be howling their outrage at the top of their voices and be out looking for blood. I'm sure we would have heard numerous interviews from the normal crop of race pimps already about how vile and racist the Republicans are, and how this is all President Bush's fault, etc.
I know I shouldn't let this glaring example of DBM/RAT hypocrisy and double standards bother me...but it does.

I actually think this is far worse than anything Trent Lott ever said. And what is bothering you is that you are seeing how the media can make or break someone. In Biden's case, they are protecting him and ignoring the obvious patronizing racism of his quote. In Lott's case, they went after him with every ounce of power they posess.
It is disheartening. We really do have two Americas, as John Edwards says. We have the real America, and then we have the one portrayed on TV and in the papers. They are usually not one and the same.

You're right.
All Lott did was compliment Stromm Thurmond at his birthday party.
Biden on the other hand is running for President and made these comments during his announcment interviews!
I am glad to be part of the real America, and will continue to defend her with every fiber of my being!!

Hi J..Good luck on getting the diagnosis/treatment on the fall. I took a fall like that about 10 years ago. I caught my weight on my on ONE hand mostly the palm. It had multiple sprains & a few cracked small bones in the wrist area (metacarpals I think). Doc said they do not (or at least didn't then) do surgery on those tiny ones for many reasons. It took about 9 weeks for pain, swelling to subside but it is still my weather barometer & I am sure arthritis has found it's way there.
Appreciate the info you sent, forwarded to Mark & he was grateful for first hand input rather than just medical info. I also did a little Internet research & sent him the links.

Good morning, Jemian and everyone. Well, knowing you, you're frustrated at being in a sling.
I may go back to bed; I was awake until 4:00 this morning and feel crummy.
