Didn't find anything that way. Sys MECH 7 seems to be the thing taking most of the cpu time etc.

I blow things out fairly regularly in terms of dust etc. Doesn't seem to influence the memory leak thing. I keep the main side open all the time and have several extra fans going all the time.

I keep the main side open all the time and have several extra fans going all the time.

A decent case is designed to flow the air over the parts that need it and out of the box. Leaving the case open can leave hot spots. Getting a power supply with a big, high-capacity fan can help (some put the fan on the bottom of the power supply where there's room for a much bigger one), as well as replacing any case fans with better ones.
