As it turns out, 8 of the 11 drugs found were prescribed to her most recent companion, Howard K. Stern. Two of the others were prescribed to Alex Katz (anyone know who this is?) and one was prescribed to Smith's psychiatrist and traveling buddy, Khristine Eroshevich. The even crazier thing is that Dr. Eroshevich wrote all 11 prescriptions!!!

The prescription that likely killed Anna Nicole, chloral hydrate, was prescribed to Stern. Even more interesting, it was found in a duffel bag inside the hotel room where Smith died.

As Fox News' Greta Van Susteren questioned, if Anna Nicole was too weak to get out of bed before dying, then how did she get up and dig through a duffel bag to chug the chloral hydrate?

According to TMZ, Van Susteren pressed the medical examiner Dr. Joshua Perper for an answer. The ME said he asked Stern, Eroshevich and the bodyguard if they gave her the drugs to which they said they did n

During the last part of The Line Up, I switched over and watched Nancy Grace with Dr. Perper. I just got the tale end of her interview, but Perper said 'remember there were only 5 drugs and not the 9 being reported.' Didn't someone post a list of the 9 drugs found in ANS' body on this thread? Maybe he is alluding to some idea that only 5 were the cause of death.

Looking at the last picture of HKS, it looks like he might have Rosacea.

I had a lot of those symptoms, and they still blew me off! By accident, we discovered a county health program that I qualified for. The doc sent me for bloodwork, and lo and behold....my thyroid wasn't functioning at all. I can identify with no sweating, but I had the runs, and I vomited constantly for over three years. Cough too hard, and thar she blows. Ugh! I did have horrible constipation as a child, but my folks took me to a specialist; he did a hair analysis. Told my parents that I would need medication for the rest of my life.

I have a lot of unecessary stress in my life, which could account for some of the GI difficulties. That doesn't count for my hair to quit growing, and losing handfuls of hair :(

I have some other health problems, but taking that little pill does make a difference.

I think the term he used was either grave stealers or grave robbers. It had something to do with grave. He was talking about all the money they've paid out but he lowballed it...he said 2.5 million but by my count I think it's closer to 4 or 5 million dollars.

I am happy to hear that some doctors treat our elderly with respect. My grandmother will be 100 in May, we almost lost her a few months back because my dad asked the doc to prescribe something to help her sleep. The doc wrote a prescription without seeing her. Well after 2 days of the stuff, she was bed ridden and things looked very bad. When my sister read the papers that came with the meds(I cant remember the name now and my dad did not read them) it was for people with mental illness and said MAY BE FATAL in the elderly. We were lucky to have caught it in time. My dad contacted the doc and his answer was...any med has it's side affects Your parents are lucky to have good doctors and a caring daughter to look after them. You sure have alot on your plate.

Thanks TK, I hadn't read that in a long time. Doesn't make me feel any better about it the second time around. Guess, if you read between the lines, Stern knew he didn't have much to be concerned about if he murdered her in Florida.
