Wecht and Howie are connected at the hip. Wecht hates Perper. I'm speculating that Wecht knows something and thus Perper had better go along with what Howard wants.

In new court papers, HOWARD K. STERN says LARRY BIRKHEAD cannot be the father of ANNA NICOLE SMITH's baby DANNIELYNN, based on when their relationship ended, and is seeking to block DNA test results in the ongoing paternity battle over the baby girl.
Howard's team believes the judge should not have ordered the DNA collection because Larry didn't sufficiently rebut Howard's presumption of paternity with evidence that he is the father. To secure the paternity test, they're making a case that Larry must first offer proof of evidence that he is the father.

Howard will make his case in a Bahamian court of appeals on Monday.

I thought that was what the DNA test was for. If Howard is SO sure that Larry is NOT the daddy, Why the appeal?!?!?! Again, can it be SO obvious?!?!?!

I think Perper has been caught off guard and didn't realize that KE and Howard were perhaps conspirators.

He should have left the result as "undetermined" because he cannot know "accidental" anymore than he can "know" homicide.

Remember, it is an opinion.

However, he should have been more diligent in laying Danny's death drugs side by side with Anna's and brought out WHO prescribed for Danny because as of this date WE STILL DON'T KNOW who Danny was seeing for depression or prescribed his drugs.

Anna's former assistant, KIM WALTHER, also spoke out to ET about Daniel, telling our JANN CARL recently that Anna Nicole had felt Daniel had fallen in with the wrong crowd.

I try to remain sympathetic and open minded toward ANS, but the more I read about her lifestyle around her children, I find it hard to be sympathetic toward her.

Daniel, Dannielynn Hospital Is Bahamas Tourist Hotspot

There's nothing like going to the hospital during a relaxing beach vacation in the Bahamas, no?

Sources tell TMZ that Doctors Hospital, where Dannielynn Stern was born, and where her brother Daniel Smith died three days later, is now a frequent and lucrative stop for taxi drivers in the Bahamas, who bring scores of gawkers from cruise ships and hotels to the driveway of the hospital, whereupon eager visitors actually pose for pictures at the entrance.

We're also told, however, that visitors aren't allowed into the hospital, and that most photo-seekers take their shots and leave, without disturbance. Conversely, Lakeview Cemetery, where Daniel and Anna Nicole were laid to rest, had to ban tourists from its grounds using the help of private security.

EXCEPT, remember the video that says that Danny was having "girlfriend problems". If Howard had wanted drugs introduced into Danny's lifestyle, it would have been in that video. Howard couldn't connect knowledge of any drugs with Danny...because many of the same drugs would turn up in Anna's system.

At first, yes, probably. But it took him what a month or more to get those autopsy results out. By that time, HKS was already being seen as suspicious. Didn't Perper realize that he could've misread the guy and that maybe he should take a second look. And also by that time, we think, Moe was cooperating with authorities. He could've had a second talk with Moe. But he did none of this. Wouldn't a responsible ME do that. Yes, i said that i don't think Dr. Perp is dumb or naive. Look the guys what 75 years old. He's been around the block. He's a doctor and a lawyer. He must have some logic skills. Unless it's his pride. Otherwise, i can't see why he isn't changing his opinion unless you guys are right and i'm wrong and he really is an idiot. Or maybe he's got something to hide. It's just an idea that may be worth pursuing.

Ex-regional editor sparks political row in Bahamas

A former West Country newspaper editor has become the centre of a political row in the Bahamas after publishing pictures of a Bahaman minister with the late American model Anna Nicole Smith in his newspaper.

John Marquis, managing editor of The Tribune, the country's biggest newspaper, has faced chanting protestors outside his office (pictured) and calls for him to "go home" after printing a picture of immigration minister Shane Gibson with Smith at her Nassau mansion on 12 February, just days before she died. An autopsy found that she died from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

Gibson later resigned over allegations that he was helping Smith with her Bahaman visa application. He denied any wrong-doing and blames The Tribune for his downfall.

Marquis, 63, a former editor of The Packet in Falmouth, Cornwall, said this was the latest development in a "tense face-off" with the ruling Progressive Liberal Party over the country's forthcoming General Election.

In his eventful eight-year tenure at the Tribune, Marquis has faced continued criticism for his strong editorial line on the Bahaman government. Last year he won a long battle to stay in the country when his work permit was deferred after three leading government figures accused him of "biased journalism".

After months of uncertainty, it was renewed until 2008.

Marquis told Press Gazette: "The protests don't bother me. The Tribune's circulation has risen by more than 70 per cent in eight years, which says it all, really.

"We're in the business of telling the truth and the vast majority of Bahamian people like what we do. If the politicians liked us, I would count that as a minus, not a plus."

Marquis has written two books, including Amazon bestseller Blood And Fire: The Duke of Windsor And the Strange Murder of Sir Harry Oakes. He is set to bring out his third in July, titled Anna Nicole: The Bahamas Connection, about the Tribune's role in Gibson's resignation.

I hope they turn HKS and his appeal down and get on with the DNA announcement. We need a bit of good news in this story and Dannielynn needs to get away from HKS

I'm just waiting to find out that Alex Katz was the crew mate of KEG's from The Bahamas who was coming on Thursday and they were anticipating he would be sick and needing Cipro and Tamiflu, lol.

I hate to waste time on Alex Katz, because I don't think he exists, BUT after looking over the choices, I think the porn producer is probably the most likely one. All of his addresses were close to KE's office and they're both Russian and into Russian heritage.

And no, I don't think KE was a Russian mail order bride like the ones that guy is pimping. She was from NY and OH.

But I did find another Alex Katz I looked at, thanks to a FReepmail tip. That Alex Katz runs a clinic called the Pain Management Center (not a CA registered company) on Wilshire Blvd which has also had or still has other office locations, primarily in Van Nuys - but several others all in the tight little circle inhabited by our players.

He is a Chinese medicine practicioner and mainly an acupuncturist and his name is really Alejandro Katz, but he uses Alex on most things. He is from Argentina and the main reason I looked at him seriously as the possible phantom model was that someone by his same name owns a business in Miami which is headquartered in Argentina. His name is unusual and there aren't many of them.

Howard must really HATE that baby...the same way he hated Anna...because BOTH became the STOP SIGN to taking the throne.

The bottom line was "She wouldn't marry Howard". If she wanted to, she would have BEFORE the baby was born...not a few days after her only other heir died.

I think i recall hearing someone asked Anna about having a relationship with Howard and she said something like EWWWWWWW!! I think that is enough proof that he is NOT the dad!!

Larry went with her to her OB, yes??? Then there's the thumbprints and they went shopping together.

I hope Larry charged the baby stuff they bought together on HIS VISA.

Remember, when Larry went to see the baby, he said that some of the things that he had bought together were there with the baby. Howard probably didn't know. I hope there's pictures.

I wonder about the Cross Larry gave Anna. She always wore it. I wonder if it was engraved and that's why Howard made sure it got buried with Anna.

When some of those people talk about Daniel perhaps being jealous of the new baby or mad at his mom for moving to The Bahamas - and how he got very ill twice upon separation or anticipation of separation from her - I think of how *she* acted over Daniel having a reported GF.

She couldn't even discuss it. Washed her hands of it and wrote him off. Kicked him out of the house, moved away without him.

Well if pics can tell a story, I saw a show on Bravo a while back and it had LOTS of pics of ANS and Larry. They both looked VERY happy and looked like they enjoyed being together. She looks nice and STRAIGHT also!! I noticed in alot of pics with Howard, she is walking out front and he is tryin to keep up OR she has this annoyed look on her face like "Howie, would you go away already?:
