I don't particularly care for Catherine Crier, but I thought she was nicer to Barth than I would have been. She asked Barth a question about something Stern was alleged to have done, and Barth totally ignored her and went on a tirade about what Virgie had done. She asked her again, and she attacked someone else rather than answer a "yes or no" question. Crier asked her to please answer her question, and the woman would not shut up. Crier told her she was too good a lawyer to be doing that, because she knew that Crier and others were aware of what she was up to. I am no attorney, but I knew what she was up to...she didn't want to answer the question, so she was 'chasing out rabbits' trying to defame someone else and change the subject! I would have cut off her mike, and told her if she was not going to answer the question, but only going to use the time to attempt to destroy someone else's character and credibility, she was not welcome on the show!

Bonnie Stern is saying how Howard has tried to work things out with everyone without the Media. She admits that Stern had been trying to get Larry to make a deal on the DNA test for the Baby. Dr. Phil told her Howard does not need Larry to prove he (Stern) is the father of the baby. Stern can take himself and the baby in for private DNA testing. Dr. Phil asked her why he has not done it yet. She says I don't know.
I haven't seen feeding, but the babies are much more active right now.

Catherine is a former judge as I recall so she knew exactly what Barth was doing and decided to let her "hang herself". She knows her viewers know what's going on.
When that other person left the hospital that night and who it was is likely critical to the timing. Notice that Howard never mentions specific TIME....Late, early, after, before, morning, night...
I remember the school thing but I'm betting that Martino (Danny's roommate) will put that lie to rest.
I loved it!! I thought for a moment that she was going to cut the mike and dump Barth. I think all the talking heads should be getting tired of Camp Stern. All you get is spin, more spin, and a dash of lies thrown in.
According to the remote viewer Brian, links posted on Monday I think it was, he says the death occurred at 11:45.

Sara - I want so badly for you to be correct in your assessment. Have to confess, I could not stand to watch all of it. Seidlin's silly, whimsical, drama-queen behavior was such a turn-off. He managed to get HK$ on the stand which was great - but then, it seeemed to me, he let Barth run the courtroom.

Oh - he means farming in his killing fields.
KE lived in the Bahamas with Anna and Howard from the time of Daniel's death until the day before Anna died when she left and apparently went to Ca, not back to the Bahamas.
Maybe that's why Anna was saying "No, don't go"....because this time, KE was going to Ca....not back to the Bahamas.
Now it makes sense!! KE didn't want us to realize that she had been living with Anna and Howard.
But who the hell knows where the truth lies.

I have one small observation that might have played a role in Anna's death. Anna checked into the Hardrock Hotel on Feb. 5th. Ok, now... The National Enquirer has an issue dated Feb. 5th. That means it is on the news stands and out there by that date. Inside the Enquirer that week, is an explosive center 2- page (30 & 31) that reads Anna Nicole's son MURDER - Howard K. Stern key figure in probe- insider says.
It details all about the 1 inch thick probe that the Bahama officials have with mounting evidence HKS is involved. Someone had to have given him drugs wile in the Bahamas.
Ok speculating here, but what if Anna had a copy of this magazine and confronted HKS. They got into a fight. (the bruise on her back) he did her in to shut her up? The ice was to reduce the swelling from the fight. Ok thinking outloud.. was the abscess on the same place as the bruise?
