Virgie admitted on the stand she knew about ANS drug use — she even stated ANS loved downers.... always loved downers.... seems Virgie as a cop had to see the handwriting on the wall....
Hopefully this change in politics in the Bahamas will have a positive effect on the inquest going forward... (fingers crossed)... I do want to see HKS held accountable for Daniel’s death.

You’re absolutely right, AC. Some people think they have all the inside information. Only Larry knows what went on and what continues to happen. And now his family knows.
I watched LB’s elation and smiles, when the DNA was announced, go to frowns week after week of Virgie’s fighting for custody. A father should not have to go through that with a grandmother fighting for custody of his baby.
And it’s not over because of Virgie. He should not be in a custody battle. He should be allowed to enjoy and play with his baby, relax and gain some weight, and be free of enormous lawyer bills. Instead, he can’t. Virgie is not permitting him to do that. If she was concerned for that baby’s happiness, she would have quit battling him by now. She just doesn’t care.
What makes you believe it was not Virgie keeping Larry there in the bahamas... you do know Virgie was sanctioned $3K by the appeals court last Friday for filing a frivilous appeal to KEEP Dannielynn in the Bahamas through the TRIAL that is taking place in June? You expected Larry to leave his child there with HKS and travel back to the US and return in June?
Yes! It was exactly Virgie who kept him and the baby there.... and if she had here way they would still be there.
I don't know what she was trying to prove last night, with her comments about June, but she could stop this right now and they wouldn't have to return in June.
I definitely agree with that last part and that’s going to be the thing that’s really going to trip her up..as it did at the Florida hearing.
Therry didn’t rip off Athena.. the people who were appointed to watch over her assets ripped her off and it was Therry who sued to prove they had been doing so....

The comment that Larry’s step mother was made was prior to Greta’s show. Larry didn’t have temporary custody and couldn’t get the passport until after the name was changed on the BC.

Only Law Enforcement and District Attorneys can initiate suspicious death or murder investigations. They have not seen fit to do so thanks to KE and other pro-Stern witnesses influencing Dr. Perper’s “accidental” manner of death conclusion.
Virgie’s only avenue for legal standing in Florida, to bring a wrongful death suit against HK$ and KE, is as guardian of Anna’s sole surviving minor child, Dannielynn.
Have you not been reading this thread? Or just the posts where the evil Virgie is described as being interested in handling the Marshall Estate money? There is no Marshall estate money in Anna’s bank account!

Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
National media villification, defamation and causing pain and suffering to the biological mother and other blood next-of-kin of the decedent, for gain and profit.
IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE RIGHTS AND PROTECTION OF A MINOR US CITIZEN, BEING HELD HOSTAGE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, BY UNRELATED PERSONS, BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED TO THE UNITED STATES AND EXAMINED TO DETERMINE HER PARENTAGE AND HEALTH STATUS.

Does that go for Larry also? Look ..in my opinion no one in this is perfect. I’m delighted for Larry and want him to have sole custody..that being said...I think Virgie is getting a bum rap on some of this based on lies and innuedoes and it does concern me that people are picking up Stern’s storyline and running with it. And where did Virgie break the gag order..did she say anything about testimony? That part I’m having difficulty with. Larry needs to give to Virgie the same curtesy that he wanted from Stern and Anna when he was taking them to court.
