If I was Larry I would fight tooth and nail to keep co-Guardianship from taking place.
Yes, I just came through another thunder storm on my way home from work. We are getting our share of rain thats for sure. Water puddles are currently standing in my backyard.

I’m not sure it makes too much of a difference. It was still one of Larry’s parents taking a swipe at Virgie.
Neither Larry’s dad or step-mother is grieving for a daughter and grandson. They have just been blessed with a new addition to their family - a cute little baby - whose mother they barely knew and hardly miss. Did they mention Anna or Daniel in the ‘family reunion’? Or did they just slam Virgie?

I’m sure he’s doing it. All that stuff is so entwined. Remember I posted that the court could even (God Forbid) make HKS co-guardian. If it wasn’t for the inquest and for being so tainted I think he could have made a pretty good case and be appointed.
Agreed. Greta threw her nothing but softballs. What would you all expect Virgie to say anyway? "Yes, I'm in it for the money." She has no business telling a 34 year old man how to handle his daughter's money and as it stands just how much money does Dannielynn have right now? Counting on Marshall money that might never come is silly but seems to be just what Virgie is talking about.

That’s not true. CPS will try to place minor children in the custody of a family member prior to foster care.
Of course, in the case of Daniel Smith, he probably would have been better off in foster care.
What would you proprose Vergie do to push, push, and push for the Inquest to go forward? I don’t see where she has any control over the Bahamian Inquest in any way. She is not a Bahamian citizen and she is not listed as a witness. Certainly, she could call witnesses (such as Daniel’s friends) to make sure they will show up for the inquest to testify on Daniel’s behalf, and she does plan to be in the Bahamas for the Inquest, but I can’t see what else she could do to make it happen sooner. The Bahamian government has postponed the Inquest twice now, and HKS is responsible for the latest postponement. Vergie is not a Bahamian citizen, and she has a better chance at getting justice in the U.S. Information uncovered during a wrong death civil trial could possibly allow an exhumation of Daniel’s body, so a PROPER sutopsy could be performed. Having said that, Vergie is NOT IGNORING the Inquest. She plans to be in the Bahamas for the entire proceeding, but she is not going to ‘give up and go away’ so that HKS can continue on his path of destruction with Dannielynn or anyone else.

You're not supposed to notice discrepancies like that. After all Greta didn't ask her to elaborate. Personally I think Virgie was given the questions in advance and maybe even had final veto power over what was aired and what was not.

Virgie convinced me that Marshall’s money is tainted - like the Hope Diamond. She doesn’t want it, need it nor does she expect to ever see it.
I could be wrong and will never know - because both Virgie and I will be long gone before that matter is ever resolved.
How is that a discrepancy?? Donna was Don’s kid not Virgie’s.
In the meantime I will take the 5th on Virgie, I will wait and see. But I do not understand why she is demanding joint custody.
