He sent a Bahamanian attorney, into an "appeal" court last week to fight "custody" and Howard's side came away less $10,000 because the court santioned him for frivolous action. But I guess Howie spends his parent's money very freely. Let's not let the spin get in the way of the facts.

The rumor that Stern has been told to bring the baby to court on Tuesday is why I wrote this...

If we see Larry walking out of the court house with Dannielynn in his arms we will know then that he is her father (99.9% sure). They are still under a gag order and will probably be even after court on Tuesday.

Glad you got it taken care of - I think I could’ve used a pumping out last year with my two pneumonias - but mine was all carried away in the trash on 8-10 boxes on Kleenexes. Ugh.

If I had a doctor, I probably wouldn’t be in this fine mess I’ve found myself in! Holidays aren’t a problem for me - that’s when I’m usually best. My nerve-wracking bad news was something entirely different.

My sole helper to make my life happen (ie, take me to do my banking) has decided she doesn’t want to do it anymore. It’s a 20-minute trip once a month to someplace she is going anyway. Being poor is the pits.

By coincidence, I watched my recording of that hearing last night. Opri did cunningly ask Stern if he was the biological father and he laughed, and she got irate, "You can laugh all you want...." Re: check fraud, it was in Santa Monica, CA. I don't recall anybody explaining further.

I believe it was at this same hearing earlier (Judge Seidlin) that Stern was so nervous answering O'Quinn's questions on his sources of income, Stern couldn't stop taking sips of water.

The money from The Bahamas was going to Santa Monica “as cash” was the way it was worded. It came from ANS’s website. We never found out any more on that, but I’m sure it’s being looked into by the right people - they were the ones who already knew it, anyway, during Seidlin.

Surely you jest. Stern was never nervous about O'Q's questions. The only questioning that Stern sipped nervously from his cup cup, was from Judge Seidlin.

The two MOST OVERRATED attorneys in this case.....O'Quinn and Deb Opri. Both hopelessly overpaid and overly impotent.
