Perhaps it has something to do, instead, with the rumor that Virgie had already hired O’Quinn and was seeking custody earlier than we thought, due to Anna’s drug usage, or shortly after Daniel’s death, for fear that something would also happen to DL? As I said earlier, I read that this could be the reason for the snarling and statement “bring it on, mommy” in that video.

That may very well be the catalyst for everything that happened to her and in her life from DL’s conception.
It seems that she cared for Larry, wanted his baby and marriage. And (as I have posted before) maybe she thought she had enough money(from that awful Reality show) to settle into a ‘normal’ home life - and attempt to get off drugs for Larry, the baby and for her self-respect. We’ll never know.
We do know that under the influence of all the documented drugs - she must have been a raving paranoic - exacerbated by HK$’ and KE’s demonic behavior. Again, the isolation and separation from normal did not allow her to clean up her act or her life.
Because in California Larry could have forced a drug test for ANS AND the baby when she was born and CPS in California does remove babies from druggie mothers and place them into a foster environment. The doctor I work for is treating at least 1/2 dozen medi-cal drug babies who are in foster homes.
I think that rumor was unfounded, tho'. At the courthouse in Broward Cty, it was apparent that O'Quinn wasn't familiar with Virgie going to the Bahamas. That's why it appeared Virgie was 'stumbling' when grilled about funding of that trip. If O'Quinn had been hired previously, all that territory would have been covered and Virgie would have rattled off the answers smooth as silk-pie.
It was LB that was filing for 'sole custody' from the git-go with OPRI. (it's always fun to go back and review his public statements between May and Sep). Virgie and LB said they were speaking previously, about getting Anna off drugs, so maybe that's how the rumor started and why Anna may have thought that Virgie was working with LB and OPRI to take DL?
I remember when it was announced as an exclusive on the local morning news I watch here in Houston (KTRK - which is ABC) that O’Quinn was going to go to FL for the Seidlin hearing, which was already underway.
At the time, Virgie was asking for ANS and Daniel both to be brought home and buried in Houston. That was what O’Quinn originally wanted to fight for.
Looking at my early notes, that was Valentine’s Day - 2-14-07 - and he was flying to Miami that afternoon for the hearing the next morning, 2-15-07. I don’t think he had talked to VA much, if any, before that - I think it was his idea.
