>The one thing I really hate is cluttered up kitchen and bathroom countertops—big pet peeve of mine.

OH,me too! We moved most of our stuff over to the new house already and i tried something new. I put all my cookbooks on the countertop. Once all the stuff is put away i'll decide if they stay or if they get put away. Problem is bookshelves are upstairs this time and i want them to be more accessible. Usually only the coffee pot and toaster stay out on my counter tops. Hidden somewhat, but they're there.

I don’t mind appliances so much, but I hate packages of food, chips etc... all over counter to the point you have to move things to have a workspace—I hate that.

Mu ex would put his shaving cream, razor, deodorant etc on a window ledge in the bathroom—even with a large medicine cabinet RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW. I solved that problem by emptying a whole box of tampons and lining them up standing on end on the window ledge—he got the message. (otherwise known as decorating with tampons)

Funny how they can't manage to put things away when the place is right there. My hubs is the same way. He actually doesn't bother to even put the razor away. It just sits on the countertop til i put it away. But the funny thing is if i'm in there with him, he'll start wiping up the counter and putting things away as tho he does it all the time, or as tho i never clean up the bathroom.

I tried that for awhile. Putting the chips and snacks in baskets on the counter to see if they would eat the stuff. Because i have a "special cabinet" for snacks (uh oh) and they wouldn't go in there and get stuff, so i'd have to take something out and put it on the counter anyway to get them interested. So i tried this new way and it worked a little in getting them to eat the stuff that they asked me to buy for them, but i'm still not too comfortable with it....

Any other kitchen related issues? I'm pretty messed up in that department. No unmatched dishes or silverware. Glasses organized by size and design. uh oh. But i do have a few wire hangers if that's any consolation.

could she have excluded Dannielynn becaue she knew Larry would get custody of her at some time?
***

That will was written in 2001. Dannielynn or Larry Birkhead were not even a glimmer of thought in her mind at that time.

Posts 7961 thru 7965 were certainly riveting!

However, there were several key evidentiary points which were overlooked.

i.e. Where do you keep the remote(s)?

Inquiring minds want to know;)

LOL! Hey you said the thread was dying and we did our best to keep it alive.

HUH! Do NOT get me started on that! Where I keep the remote, and where he happens to drop the remote are two different things. In the living room i keep in on the coffee table (altho i found a remote organizer in the attic so that will be handy). In the bedroom i keep the remote on my bedside table. He drops it and wherever it lands is where i find it the next morning. Inquiring minds want to know;)

On the coffee table and the nightstand drawer. If you always keep it in the same place—you’ll always be able to find it!

I hope you kept reading after that. I wasn’t suggesting that case is *the* probate of the will.

I was just very surprised it was an “open” case and has had more recent activity than the mid-Feb hearings on ANS’s burial and, if this had been some other “catch-all” case filed at that time, why it would have had movement on it after March 20 and hadn’t been closed or dismissed.

(jumping in here) :) I had the same thing with my hubby. Because i have a "special cabinet" for snacks (uh oh) and they wouldn't go in there and get stuff He KNOWS where all the stuff is and he knows I buy it as I can not go to the store without him (retired!) It never fails when I get some snack out of the pantry or the fridge, he says "how come you didn't tell me that was in there?" (well, I didn't think I would have to hand feed you at 62 years of age!!) LOLL

Post #7960 is rather long - but please note the following:

“Four patients died under Respondent’s care as a possible result of overprescribing. Respondent was indicted on 91 felony counts related to unlawful distribution and dispensing of controlled substances without a legitimate medical purpose.”

“I seriously don’t know why, Anna was afraid to have her baby in California. Unless [someone] intentionally led her to believe....they took babies.”

Perhaps it has something to do, instead, with the rumor that Virgie had already hired O’Quinn and was seeking custody earlier than we thought, due to Anna’s drug usage, or shortly after Daniel’s death, for fear that something would also happen to DL? As I said earlier, I read that this could be the reason for the snarling and statement “bring it on, mommy” in that video.

IIRC, Wednesday is another ‘custody’ hearing. Rumors abound that Larry is filing a request and travel plans to take DL to the states.
