Does anyone know for certain that Dr. KE flew back to California the day before Anna died...or, perhaps if she went to Bradenton Flordia (perhaps at some point even earlier)? KE, IIRC, is from Stubenville, and OSU grad, and I found a guy named Chuck Eroshevich, from Stubenville, an OSU grad, who lives in Bradenton.

That may very well be the catalyst for everything that happened to her and in her life from DL’s conception.
It seems that she cared for Larry, wanted his baby and marriage. And (as I have posted before) maybe she thought she had enough money(from that awful Reality show) to settle into a ‘normal’ home life - and attempt to get off drugs for Larry, the baby and for her self-respect. We’ll never know.
We do know that under the influence of all the documented drugs - she must have been a raving paranoic - exacerbated by HK$’ and KE’s demonic behavior. Again, the isolation and separation from normal did not allow her to clean up her act or her life.

Because in California Larry could have forced a drug test for ANS AND the baby when she was born and CPS in California does remove babies from druggie mothers and place them into a foster environment. The doctor I work for is treating at least 1/2 dozen medi-cal drug babies who are in foster homes.
Poor Daniel looked so much like his father. That had to be hard for Anna. Sometimes when my older two take a look on that looks like thier bio-dad, I say “Stop looking like your father”. Ok, I don’t really, but I think it really really hard!

Not to detract from the importance of your answering the question of where KE was when she “learned” of ANS’s death, which seems like it was in California, but relooking at that ET clip, two things occur to me...
(1) When a person is married are they prohibited or somesuch legal term from testifying against a spouse? Is is then supposedly less admissable? So ANS’s statements about HKS would have been “stricken” from the record?
(2) Is it my imagination or did it appear that KE had her hair freshly redone just before that ET flight interview? She looked like a lank haired, raggedly crone in the previous videos with DL and ANS. Makeup looks the same on ET interview, but not the hair. And WHERE was KE rushing off to the day before ANS died? Particularly when her bf was crying and begging her to stay.

I’ve been trying to figure that out for months now. I think they don’t want to come back and say they were wrong. When she first died, they just took it as a junkie OD’d. As HKS and KE wanted everyone to take it. Hence KE’s ‘tragedy’ stream of crap she has spewed since her death. Tragic, yeah. Right.
But now that they realize there might have been something more, and they realize how bad they screwed up the crime scene and other factors in what should have treated as a possible murder... they will just brush it under the rug to avoid public scrutiny at their incompetance. Don’t want Tony, I mean Charlie the Tiger to look like a boob. TOO LATE! And don’t get me started on the goofass Perper.

I agree, it’s very sad thinking of what was probably ANS’s last clear, missed opportunity to get off the self-destruction train. A drug dependent ANS was sooooo much more coerce-able to friends like the parasitic KE and HKS.
As a trustee/guardian of Dannielyn’s “money” she will not be spending any money with her “grubby fingers” - but overseeing the spending by Larry. Hopefully, by sticking to her guns, Virgie will prevent Howard’s control of Larry, Dannielynn and/or her “money”.

I disagree. Her motive is greed, it is becoming more and more obvious.
She is probably in high anxiety about DL being in the same house as Howard - the Court has not seen fit to remove her. The paternity proof has not helped move things along YET. During all this time, remember, Howard WAS NAMED AS FATHER ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE - not Virgie’s fault.

Apparently she isn’t too concerned, she is stalling it out. If she was so concerned about paternity not ‘help move things along’, she would back up and be a Grandmother, not try to become her mother.
As time is going on, I am starting to wonder about her role in Daniel’s upbringing as an infant. Did she barge in on his parenting as she is trying to do with Dannielynn and ANS was too weak to stop her? Of course she was more than willing let her mother do the hard work, no doubt. But if she was this damn pushy about it...
By the way, I find it ironic that the place that ANS used to keep her child’s father from his baby is the very place that places such importance on her mother getting ‘rights’ to her daughter.

Yep, grubby little fingers. I’m very very angry at Virgie for keeping that baby in that house. VERY angry. And I’m sorry if people here are angry at me for that.
grubby hands? why the vilification? I don’t think that kind of talk is necessary to make a point. The only ones deserving vilifying here are HKS and KE who clearly contributed to the death of two people.

This much is known:
Larry was not Anna’s husband but Virgie embraced him as the father of her granddaughter - supporting his paternity claim.
Larry has been allowed by HK$ to spend time with Dannielynn so HK$ is physically ‘still in control’ of custody.
Virgie has seen her granddaughter twice and held her once.
The court has not ordered DL released from the custody of HK$.
Howard K. Stern supplied Anna with drugs
Virgie did not supply Anna with drugs.
Larry was not successful in getting Anna to give up drugs, while pregnant with his child.
Virgie is 55+(?) years old and no-one from her past has come forward to disparage her reputation or character. Even her ex-husband Don Hogan (who she had arrested) supports her efforts.
Many of the pro-Larry and anti-Virgie are troubled by HK$ history of manipulation and the apparent influence he is currently exerting on Larry - using Dannielynn as bait!
I believe that the situation is appalling - but I admire Virgie pursuing justice for Anna and Daniel, by any means necessary - otherwise Larry and Dannielynn will never be out of Howard’s sphere of evil influence.

Not everyone is buying the conventional wisdom on who’s at fault for that. I’m one who’s not. I guess Lizarde might be another. I’ve made my points before and nothing has changed to change me. Can’t go over them again right now...gotta go do for my Mom.

Great perspective and common sense.
Virgie has my support in trying to prepare for the unknown. As you stated - she has been blindsided by triple tragedies... I’m a basket case and don’t even know these people.
