:)Maybe she asked to be nuke.That was right around the time bloggers were being copied and pasted in a lawsuit.I look forward to the trial too and if they lose-Stern and his gang,maybe we will see a wrongful death suit.

Or maybe even if they win there will be a wrongful death suit. This reminds me of the lawyer Robert Wone murder four years ago. He was killed at the over one-million dollar home of a "friend," the lawyer Joe Price. Two other friends of Price were also present. Appears one or all of them killed Wone. The trio was tried this year with what appeared a clear-cut case of obstruction of justice and other charges (but not homicide). The jury found them not guilty. Now Wone's wife filed a lawsuit against those three.

Opening statements were made today in the ANS case. Maybe True TV (the formerly Court TV) carry parts of it.

On a wrongful death suit - who would file? Virgie or Larry? I believe Larry sold out to Howie and Virgie may not have the funds (her atty was great and I forget his name) Perhaps he would do a pro-bono.

I don’t believe this case is going anywhere near justice for ANS.
