We ought to send a lander right there. Why NASA doesn’t send landers to some of these arcology sites is a mystery, but maybe they do and just don’t publicize results. But, NASA isn’t the only agency anymore so if something is going on it will come out eventually.

I think you have a little to much confidence in NASA's ability to land a spacecraft with precision. The major axis of the landing ellipses for the Mars Exploration Rovers was over 100 km. Given that a rover's range may be only about a km or two without obstructions, it would be hard to justify paying $400 million when there are more scientifically interesting sites.

Looks like the conning tower of a submarine surfaced in ice.

Given the number of things our subs have surfaced under and ran into I wouldn't be surprised one bit to have someone inadvertently skipper the thing to mars.

It's concave, not convex. Maybe this is just a picture of the QUARRY used by the aliens to build the actual pyramid.

There is an actual arrow indentation (not the purple arrow) on top of the formation pointing inward as if to say “enter”, can you see it. That is Martian for “This way stupid” ...
