Proving that some parents should have their children taken away from them even into their teens, the trainwreck that is Lindsay Lohan's mother spoke out today on her feelings about Lindsay's fully nude photo shoot that is in this month's New York magazine:

...no problem. Due to so much western concentration on celebrity issues, Iran and others will see to it that you all cover up sufficiently before long. It’s doubtful that the clerics will put aging feminists in charge of that, though.

The 21-year-old actress had in the new issue of New York magazine posed nearly naked for a recreation of "The Last Sitting," the last series of photos of Marilyn Monroe. Lohan spoke out about the late actor's passing away, comparing it to Marilyn Monroe"s death, which she called as tragic. "You know, it's also tragic what just recently happened to someone else," US magazine quoted her as telling New York mag. When she was asked if she was referring to Heath Ledger's death, she replied that the two were good examples. "They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone," she said. Lohan, who has been in rehab three times, insisted that she will not end up like them. "I'm not them I sure as hell wouldn't let it happen to me," she told the magazine.. |
Marilyn Monroe's death, some might say was an assisted suicide.
Ledger's was ruled accidental-doctor perscribed medications overlapping. .
Brando's son, Christian, died few days after Ledger, also with pneumonia symptoms, but did not get the same amount of press.
Because she saw her sister naked in a non-sexual context? Would you throw my parents in jail for giving me a National Geographic subscription all those years?

I don't know if we need to make the act of one sibling seeing another sibling naked a capital offense just yet. Should we send teachers and administrators to prison for exposing students to other naked students in the locker rooms of every high school across America???? Get a grip on your hysteria.
