Amen to both of your posts. I am so happy that a prayer thread was posted for Jim. I just know that the outpouring of faith and prayers will bring the miracle of healing that we are all praying for.

He has been in pain and miserable for so long. I am praying that God will hold him in His healing embrace.

We needed the prayer thread to focus our prayers. Kitty, I have never known anyone who can construct a more beautiful prayer than yours. I know there is no way I could ever improve on them, so there have been many times when I have latched on to your words and read them to the Lord and tell Him that I am in agreement. I hope you don't mind.

After hearing Jim's description of his problems and the doctor's prognosis, I feel pretty optimistic that they will be able to stop the deterioration. I'm thanking the Lord Jesus now for what I know He can do.
