I don’t think you can fault him for that. It is pretty common for someone who has such a big first round to be exhausted by the finals. Remember, he spent nearly an hour hitting 500 foot bombs in the first round alone. That would wear out anybody.

Wasn’t it Morneau who complained last year of the Homerun Derby throwing off his timing causing lower production in the second half? Surprised he competed this year...I’m sure Twins fans might question his thinking also, win or lose.

That dude was hitting 500 foot homers last night!!!! He hit 28 in the first round. He was tired.
