Governor Palin's MIL referenced the baby as being Sarah's in an interview, plus there are numerous photos of Sarah Palin while she was pregnant - Plus, she pumps breast milk, which would be difficult to do if you haven't recently given birth.
In regards to their eldest son, he is 18 y.o. The Palin's just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on Friday.
