(HONOLULU, HI)(October 17, 2008) Obama nemesis and author Andy Martin filed suit in the First Circuit Court in Honolulu today seeking a court order to open Barack Obama’s secret birth records.
“One of Obama's most controversial and contentious issues that he has allowed to fester for years is the question of his birth certificate,” says Martin. "Obama has posted at least two versions, maybe more, of a 'certificate' on the Internet.
“I want to see a certified copy issued by the State of Hawaii, not one issued by the State of Obama. Why Obama won't allow direct access to his birth records is beyond me. But the closer we get to discovering the truth about Obama the more we understand why he is terrified of that truth.
“What is Obama hiding? Frankly, after being in Hawaii and conducting our first round of interviews, we think we have a clearer picture of what Obama is concealing, and why. We have more research and interviews to conduct before we can announce our opinions.
“In the meantime, I filed a lawsuit against the State of Hawaii to require the state to open Obama’s birth records. The Governor and Director of the Department of Health are named as defendants.
“The case has been docketed as number 08-1-2147-10 and assigned to Circuit Judge Bert Ayabe.

Yep, that too. Then there still is the matter of the Berg law suit. If obama cannot produce a legal Hawaiian BC then he still has a problem. My guess is that the DNC will successfully stall Berg's suit until after the election.

Tell you the truth I was thinking the same thing but I didn’t think so many people thought the same way. Unfortunately, he has established a pattern of deception. Is it a coincidence that she gets siok the same day that Mr.Martin files a lawsuit to see Obama’s birth certificate? In addition he knows that the McCain campaign has to be careful in the next couple of days to not appear mean-spirited and taking advantage of a distrssing situation which of course the MSM will play up if John and Sarah go on any sort of attack.
I sincerely hope that Mrs. Dunham is either well now or will soon be well.
I even hope that BHO truely believes she needs his presence in Hawaii and that this isn't yet another leftist sham planned to cover for less humane motives and deeds.
However, hopes aside, I'd bet that she is no better or worse today than six months ago, and I'd bet big that Lord Obama is up to the tricks we've come to expect.

OK. I’m new here though my first vote was for Goldwater. And ignore me if you must, but why in the hell are we wasting time on this issue? Even FactCheck said they checked the birth certificate and said it was valid. And, anyway, it is going to be one of two things:
1) it is valid
2) no one is ever going to let the invalidity see the light of day.
And doesn’t evenyone think that if he wasn’t eligible that Hillary would have discovered this? I just see us as wasting a hell of a lot of time on BS hoping for a silver bullet. Well, that’s just this old man’s thoughts.

If Obama is a ‘natural born’ citizen, why does his attorney want to have the petitions thrown out, rather than simply producing a certified birth certificate?

while hussein might just ignore everything, there appear to be at least 3 citizens in 3 states bringing up the specter of hussein not being eligible, and it seems that would have to be addressed somehow, somewhere....

Well, could be. I just think that waiting for someone to wave the magic wand and come up with a silver bullet that seems, at best, specious is a waste of time. There is SO much about which to talk and I just think if this were true, it would have come out a long time ago. But, no one asked me how to run things so . . . lol
There may be a reason to go to Hawaii independent of Grandma, but why would Obama’s physical presence in Hawaii be needed for a birth certificate claim? It wouldn’t.
