Using other people’s intellectual property without their consent does not fall under the category of “free speech”. It’s much closer to “theft”. Conservatives should be on the forefront of those who support copyrights, just like any other property right.
A posting like this does NOT fall under the umbrella of “fair use” which I do believe is being abrogated with the help of certain software vendors via digital rights management.
Glad you disagree. I see no hope for the GOP. It has been hijacked by RINOs and we’ll probably hear how we need to move further to the left.
My tagline is more in frustration with the Republican party. If it can be saved, great. I’m all for it. I just don’t see it with these squishy RINOs though.

But I as referring to the users’ practice of “hitting the abuse button” on anyone with whom they disagree.
Your video should include names for the new breed of Republicans. A lot of us haven’t seen all of those faces. Help us out.
One content criticism: Crist and Lingle are not full fledged conservatives by any stretch.
Also: some of these folks I do not recognize...would it be difficult to identify them? And who is the young black man at about 4:20?
I agree with these comments. It would be nice if names were attached to the photos. Also, I question including Teddy Roosevelt, who was a progressive, not a coservative, and who split the Republican Party allowing the election of the Democrat, Wilson.
Also, I wouldn’t have the last portrait appearing be Rush. A conservative Republican politico (pehaps Gov. Palin) would have been more appropriate. And I question including Drudge.

I’m sorry then that my response lumped you into the group who do not honor copyrights.
A few years back a student at Northern Arizona University put together a video DVD composition featuring our men’s shelter in Phoenix. He included a sound track from a CD which he owned. I questioned whether the proper permissions were obtained and was informed that a professor had told him that what he had done would be considered fair use.
I was dubious and checked with our corporate patent attorney. The attorney disagreed. Being on the board of the shelter and, thus, responsible, I obtained permission by purchasing rights.
The student was correct that the music was a great match for the DVD so I personally paid two different entities. I believe EMI was one of them. The other was an agent for the artists. Fortunately, the artists had written both the music and the lyrics so the trail ended there. For about $.50 a copy I purchased the right to affix their music to up to 150 DVDs during the next calendar year.

That’s why we need to dismantle the RINO’S and turn out in primaries like our life depends on it.
Conservatives need to have an internal measure to unite and give us ONE Conservative in the primary, let the RINO’s split their vote in the primaries, not us.
Only give money to CONSERVATIVE candidates and organizations, STARVE the RNC.
We had one Conservative in this year’s primaries: Duncan Hunter. And he never got out of the gate. Sadly, we couldn’t even get him on the primary ballot in Virginia. Let’s hope he gets more publicity in the next four years.
