According to the attorney on ESPN he is eligible for parole after five, but then has to serve consecutively on three other charges. Not concurrent....consecutive which means the other three have to be served AFTER the minimum of 5 yrs.

He actually is not going to be eligible for parole for about 10

Hopefully, with OJ’s escape from justice so obvious and well known, he’ll be denied parole forever and will die in prison.
